Apparent dispute at 7-Eleven on 12th St

I spoke with the employee shortly after the incident. She said the suspect initially seemed off but not alarming until the conversation turned to the store’s upcoming closure. At that point his demeanor changed. He asked about the plan for remaining inventory and tried to persuade her to steal items with him. When she refused, he asked her to let him steal while she looked the other way. After she declined again, he became highly agitated, escalated verbally, and made threats she took seriously. She retreated behind the register and called 911 as he continued yelling and then stormed out. She did not mention anyone else trying to stop him from leaving.
