Two detained after possible weapons concern in Anacortes

As discussed during the dispatch call, police made contact with two individuals near O Avenue and 17th Street in Anacortes. Officers noted a possible history of weapons possession but found nothing visible at the scene. Both individuals were taken into custody after warrant confirmation.
