According to initial radio communications, a caller observed multiple individuals on camera near a home before they ran toward the street. Responding units found two vehicles parked with their lights off and conducted an area search. An ambulance was requested to stand by, and one male was reportedly last seen heading southbound on Matterhorn Drive, possibly under the influence.
