I’m a 56 year-old woman, and I actually did the same thing this past weekend I was in the sitting position and apparently I fell asleep sitting there and the next thing I knew I was on the floor as my head hit the tiles floor and kind of bounced off of them. I didn’t lose consciousness. I didn’t feel woozy or anything like that so don’t I think I had a concussion. If I have a brain bleed, how would I know if I didn’t have a CT scan? Are there symptoms I need to look for that could possibly cause me to have an aneurysm?
