As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported that their soon-to-be ex attempted to pick up their child from daycare the past two days while accompanied by a scruffy white male. They reportedly arrived in an older silver sedan without plates. The male was seen sitting on the street near South 29th Avenue this morning before leaving the area.
