As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible parking issue involving a silver or white pickup truck left partially in the roadway near the Core Nutrition building on North Washington Street and Lafayette Street in Berlin, Wisconsin. The vehicle appeared to be parked improperly for most of the day, causing other drivers to move into the opposite lane. Officers checked the vehicle registration, which may have been expired, and attempted to identify the possible owner.
