As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible prowler near Garden Lane and Highway 299 in Burney. A caller reported second-hand information from a friend who saw a man in her backyard near her garage. The friend believed the man may have climbed over a fence because the gates were locked. The friend was reportedly home alone and on the phone with the caller and emergency services at the time.
