As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a man attempting to open car doors near the area of Wheeler Peak and Racetrack Road. The individual, wearing a dark green jacket and dark pants, was reportedly last seen heading east on Bismarck Peak. No weapons were mentioned, and the reporting party did not wish to be contacted.
