Hopefully this incident is an abberation. I've heard of no other like it, though I wasn't happy with the establishment of this shelter especially especially since so many kids use Washington coming and going to school and the fast food hangouts on Water St. Not a good mix in my opinion. The women's version being built next door seems like a similarly bad idea.
