Disabled tractor trailer blocks entrance on Woodbrook Dr

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a tractor trailer that became stuck on ice at the entrance to a commercial area on Woodbrook Drive. The vehicle's rear end was lifted off the ground but was eventually freed without reported injuries. Later in the same communication, a wallet was found at a retail location and an unrelated call reported a male outside a police substation with an open container. All incidents were resolved without major issues.
