Deputies respond to disturbance on North Main

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a possible disturbance along the 1200 block of North Main in Chatham after a male caller was reported yelling about police and stating that his door was open. The caller was reportedly uncooperative and terminated the call. Prior alerts linked the location to hostility toward law enforcement. Rescue units and additional officers were standing by as a precaution. The nature of the incident remains under investigation.
