Two-car crash with injured child at 48th and Racine

Dispatch reports a two-car collision at 48th Street and Racine Avenue. Both vehicles cannot be driven. An eight-year-old child in one of the vehicles is complaining of pain. Fire crews and an ambulance are sent to the scene and arrive while an officer is there. In a separate call, officers are also asked to check on the well-being of a young woman seen dancing in the street and acting strangely near West 51st Street.
