As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency services responded to a possible medical emergency near Abbey Street involving an adult female who appeared to have hypertension, weakness, and difficulty breathing. The situation potentially involved an autistic nonverbal child. Fire and EMS units were on scene to assist and later transported one patient to Baystate medical center. The incident may have also involved a water flow due to a broken pipe, which was handled by the facility.
