Officers respond to attempted tire slashing near Pear Tree Way; prior weapon-grab reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a report of a young woman attempting to flatten a car’s tires in a parking lot near Pear Tree Way. The woman, wearing black sweatpants, a black coat, and a gray hoodie, was associated with a silver Honda Accord with (number withheld) plates; the targeted vehicle was a red Honda coupe. The caller also reported she earlier tried to grab a service weapon and attempted to access firearms secured in a lockbox. Possible mental health concerns noted.
