SE 3rd St & SE Chapman Pl, Corvallis, OR 97333

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities received reports of a possible suspicious vehicle following individuals putting up lost cat signs near Southeast 3rd Street and Chapman Place in Corvallis. The vehicle was described as a new white pickup truck without license plates. Units were advised after the caller reported the vehicle following them multiple times before losing sight of it.
