A caller reported that a young woman was almost abducted 10–15 minutes prior. The suspect was described as a white male in his mid-20s with brown hair, wearing a blue or gray button-up shirt, khaki pants, and flip-flops, and associated with a black Jeep with tinted windows (number withheld).
