As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible minor collision in the parking area outside a Hallmark store in Dunkirk. A woman reportedly struck another vehicle while parked in a handicapped space. The vehicle that left the scene was described as a silver SUV with distinctive restrictions and dark trim. No injuries were confirmed.
