Poor kid obviously there are serious issues there. But, also just because they say she has a history of mental issues, there has to be some initial reason why she did it. It's sad. She may not actually have mental issues at all. There may be something else going on that No one else is listening to or doing anything about it. This is a juvenile here, they should be investigating this. I hope and 🙏 they do.
