just an update on the patient... she is 67 and she broke her shoulder in 4 places ... the medic's did an awesome job. by time they got there myself and her in laws were there and this woman is loved a lot so 3 of the 4 was very emotional and the medic not only took care of the patient but also calmed us 3 down ... Thanks a lot y'all 4 plus the dispatcher!!!
