Fire crews respond to carbon monoxide alarm at Starbucks

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters responded to a reported carbon monoxide alarm at a Starbucks location on North Randall Road in Elgin. Units from multiple departments were dispatched to check the area, though later communication from the alarm company suggested the alert may have been canceled. During the same period, responders also assisted an elderly person who had fallen at a nearby residence. Both situations appear to have been managed without major incidents.
