Deputies monitor reckless vehicle near South Avenue A

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to reports of a possible reckless driver traveling the wrong way through parts of Elgin. The vehicle, which was initially seen going northbound in southbound lanes, eventually stopped near South Avenue A and West Brenham. Occupants remained inside while deputies confirmed the scene appeared stable. The incident may have involved minor property damage but no injuries were noted.
