As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to a reported domestic verbal dispute near Rumelia Circle in Essex. A caller (name withheld) stated that a male subject, described as a family member’s boyfriend, broke a door and threatened to shoot the home. No known weapons were seen, but a weapon threat was reported. The suspect reportedly fled in a red Honda and was later stopped by units near Eastern Blvd and Hartman Ave. No injuries reported.
