Possible medical issue reported during hospital transport

I was a dispatcher for several years. It looks to me like the officer was transporting the individual to the hospital - probably a psychiatric case. Sadly, some people are suffering so badly with mental illness - it is best for an officer to do the transport. People have panicked in their mental illness - on top of realizing they where in a police car and began self harming/trying to escape - not realizing they are there for their own good. It is common. I don't think this sounds like typical "Incarceritis," but an individual in deep mental suffering. It is sad. If you are a praying person - pray for comfort for them. As well as the officer. This stuff effects them, too.
