Vehicle found on shoulder near Goodell

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of a vehicle stopped on the shoulder about four miles south of Belmond along Highway 69. The hazard lights were initially on and later turned off. It was unclear if the vehicle was occupied. The situation appears to have occurred only a few minutes before the call.
