Apparent steam vent mistaken for brush fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported brush fire along Interstate 78 near Hamburg. The call was made by a passerby who observed what appeared to be smoke. Upon investigation, responders found a steam vent from an underground storage area at Hamburg Center rather than an active fire.
