Deputies check on possible 911 hang-up near Atoka St

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to the area near Atoka Street in Hannibal, Missouri, to investigate a possible 911 hang-up. The call reportedly came from a cell phone that appeared to move near a residence porch. According to radio traffic, a previous hang-up from the same location the night before turned out to involve a domestic situation. Units were asked to check the area.
