As discussed during the dispatch call, an apparent theft concern was reported by an elderly resident near Electric Avenue in Lincoln Park, stating that clothing and food were missing from her apartment. Building management was the only party with key access. Authorities later determined the report to be a false alarm after speaking with the resident.
