As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a structure fire near Ash Alley and East Water Street in Lock Haven. One occupant was reported trapped but later found outside. Emergency medical services were requested to assist at the scene. Crews worked to control the fire while addressing downed power lines at the site.
