As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders attended a possible single-vehicle accident along the Lockhart–Monarch Highway near Lockhart. The driver declined medical attention at the scene, and highway patrol assisted in removing the vehicle from a ditch. The scene was later cleared by all responding units.
