As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a female screaming in the southbound lane near the intersection of Lower Sacramento Road and Lawrence Avenue. The individual was described as wearing a dark shirt and lighter pants. The cause of the disturbance was not known, and responders were directed toward Hutchins and Oak for additional checks.
