As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible disabled vehicle near the intersection of Hess Boulevard Southeast and Connecticut Avenue Southeast in Massillon. A gray car appeared to be stuck by the roadside with its hazard lights on, about two blocks from the high school. The exact location was uncertain but near the mentioned intersection.
