Fire crews investigate smoke at apartment building

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters responded to reports of smoke inside an apartment complex on Metropolitan Lane in Memphis. Crews checked multiple areas and inspected the HVAC system before identifying a heat box malfunction as the source. No injuries were reported, and all units were later cleared from the scene.
