Group home not the safest place

I have to question why this is happening so frequently? Why is there a gun involved? How can you even follow up on these and know the child is safe or found? This is happening WAY too much. Same alerts, child running away from a group home in Mesa. Many end up missing. WHY???

Thank God the staff was able to follow her. 😢
