Officers check on suspicious person near community hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Mexico, Missouri, responded to a report of a person with a black dog seen near HVAC units at Audrain Community Hospital. The subject was later located and reported to have been on the hospital helipad. They were advised not to return. A separate call was received regarding a residence on McFarland Street where a water heater was reportedly steaming or smoking. Emergency services were notified and residents evacuated as a precaution.
