As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible hit-and-run involving a red truck on Highway 67 near High Street in Mooresville. The vehicle was stopped in the southbound lane, and a person was outside picking up debris. Emergency medical services were requested for evaluation. Officers later determined it was a property-damage incident.
