I know you're not supposed to be cool to animals but at all dogs supposed to be paint or chained up County wide just saying it is a law cuz there's still a lot of dogs in Lawrence County Roman loose because people think that as long as it ain't a pitbull I don't have to do that I've seen a lot of dogs that weren't pit bulls attack people so it's for all dogs small little ones or big ones no matter the breed
