As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of two men on Ash Street in Muskogee acting suspiciously. One was described as wearing black clothing and the other in a blue shirt and black pants. The individuals reportedly attempted to enter a resident’s backyard on a prior occasion and were later seen walking in the area.
