As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious gray vehicle parked beside a white car near Grace Reformed Church in Newton. A caller stated the vehicle had been seen parked in the area over the past few days and expressed fear about going outside alone. Responding deputies went to assess the situation.
