As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible vandalism incident at a tow yard near Hamilton Drive in Novato. A man reportedly attempted to retrieve a towed vehicle, causing damage to the tow truck before fleeing the scene in a red pickup truck. The incident remains under investigation.
