Water pipe burst triggers alarm near 117th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and paramedic crews in Ocean City responded to a fire alarm on the first floor of a building near 117th Street. The call was initially triggered by an alarm but later determined to be caused by a burst water pipe in a kitchen. Public works was notified after water flowed onto Coastal Highway.
