As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities received a report of a man standing in the center divide of southbound Highway 99 between Olive Drive and State Route 204. The person was described as around 60 years old, thin build, and wearing dark clothing. The situation appears to involve a possible pedestrian hazard on the freeway.
