As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies in Wake Forest responded to reports of gunshots near Bruce Corner Road and Lawrence Road. A caller later stated the sounds may have come from someone hunting deer behind a residence on Bluebell Lane. No active threat was identified, and the scene was cleared after checking the area.
