Reckless driving reported on I‑80 near Penryn

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received reports of a possible reckless driver in a light-colored sedan traveling westbound on Interstate 80 near the state line and later approaching Penryn. The sedan, described as a Honda or similar vehicle, was reportedly speeding at 80 to 85 mph, tailgating, and making unsafe lane changes. Units were advised of the potential hazard consistent with a reckless driving violation under California Vehicle Code section 23103.
