As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded to a report of a person with a gun near the 2700 block of N Howard St. Initial info described two Hispanic males in black on electric bikes; subsequent updates focused on one Hispanic male in black, bleeding from the face. A red Toyota Corolla connected to the call was located unoccupied. Last known direction was northbound on Howard toward Cambria. Units canvassed the area; no arrest or weapon recovery confirmed at the time.
