Trespasser refusing to leave public safety building

W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ

Officers were dispatched to West Baseline Public Safety for a trespass call. A man about 46 years old with a long gray beard, wearing a black hoodie and black pants, was reported on scene with no weapons. He was refusing to leave the location, and customers were also refusing to leave. Police already had a prior record on this person. The radio traffic later noted that there was no further contact.
