As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible theft at a retail store on East Ash Street in Piqua. A man dressed in black and wearing a ski mask was reportedly seen placing items into a bag. The individual left through the grocery section and entered a black sedan, possibly a Hyundai, heading toward a nearby parking area. Authorities were dispatched to investigate the incident.
