wow these kinda problems with elevators has been happening for the last few years in our older buildings like apartment buildings as well. at time's its older part's needed. or the staft get very cold. the elevators needs to be checked ✔️ more .or there being used a lot more at time's person's moving in our building know knowing pack the elevators as there moving in as what happened where I stay and this building is i say over 70 year's old. now at the jail i have know idea how old that building is but daily use will have some kinda problems! being over 67years of age i seen a lot with buildings here in Pittsburgh with our buildings. the repairs cost a lot. as well as up keep!
