As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities responded to a report of a possible fire at the downtown park and ride garage near Northeast 83rd Street in Redmond. A person was reportedly seen attempting to light trash on fire inside an elevator, though it was later determined no fire occurred. The individual, accompanied by another person, appeared to be smoking drugs. Officers requested they move along but did not enforce trespassing.
