Deputies check on suspicious person near DuPage Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities in Richland, Washington, responded to a call about a possible suspicious person dressed in black with their face covered near a building at New America, close to DuPage Hill. The person had reportedly been seen pacing around the area, possibly about half an hour before the call. A green Chevy Tahoe with Wisconsin plates may have been connected to the situation.
