Intoxicated person leaves hospital near Rutland

As discussed during the dispatch call, security at Rutland Regional Medical Center reported that an intoxicated patient left the hospital in a red Toyota Tundra with expired registration. A Be On the Lookout was issued as the individual may be heading toward West Rutland. The vehicle was later found unoccupied near a local restaurant.
